No proceeds are used for any administrative costs, which are paid for by the founders or by the organisations and businesses that support Yatra's work. Yatra Foundation Australia has the authority to fundraise under permit no. CFN/21179 in New South Wales and 10272 in Victoria.

Second Adelaide Event raises valuable funds Yatra Foundation held its second fundraiser in Adelaide on Saturday May 1st at Fullarton Park Centre. Guests made a huge effort to dress in their Bollwood best and were treated to a night of fabulous food from Royal Tandoori Restaurant, great entertainment by "Fusions Beats" dance group, and an impromptu Elvis act from our talented MC, Shane Radbone.
Shani Dean, a midwife from Adelaide who visited our schools in Rajasthan gave a passionate, insightful, and emotive speech about her experiences and the difference Yatra's projects are making to these children and their communities. We would like to thank everyone for attending and making the evening such an enormous success and we look forward to seeing everyone again next year! Melbourne Event: Yatra Foundation held an extremely successful fuindraising event on Saturday 13 March 2010 at the Brighton Town Hall in Melbourne. More than 250 guests dressed in their best Bollywood attire, attended and were treated to a night of delicious food, fabulous wines and outstanding entertainment. Many unique silent and live auction items were donated and valuable funds raised which go directly to support the Yatra projects in India.
